Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract (SETAC)

The SETAC is a competitively awarded contract with fixed labor rates. It supports the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), PEO Missiles and Space, The Missile Defense Agency and other related agencies

The contract scope of work is very broad. It includes providing systems engineering support in the areas of technical requirements development and allocation, hardware/software design, threat intelligence, test, and simulation development for theater and national missile defense programs. Also included is concept development and evaluation, conducting performance and specification analyses, providing risk and issue identification and assessment, and evaluation of hardware and software designs. The overall contract SOW also includes providing test planning, coordination, and target payloads development support.
